When I was in Chicago, Lauren made this amazingly delicious quiche with phyllo dough, spinach, shallots, mushrooms and other yummy stuff. Tonight, while I was picking up a few staples at the grocery store, I saw that they had phyllo dough! I bought some, and now I'm planning on making the same quiche tomorrow morning (assuming that Lauren calls me back with the recipe - or I find a comparable one). I also found a recipe for cinnamon oat scones.
I'm so looking forward to eating these things - and I'm looking forward to making them even more. Anyone want to join me for breakfast tomorrow?
