This is very much a "Kristin" story.  Two Fridays ago, I came home right after work and had a few things I needed to get done that night.  Instead, I laid down on my couch and fell asleep.  When I woke up it was dark.  I looked at my watch and it was 11 PM - I fell asleep at 5!  That was one heck of a nap!  But it was 11, so what was I supposed to do?  I put my pajamas on, and went to bed.  I fell aslep around midnight and slept until 7.  It was incredible.  That was 13 hours of sleep, and because I got up so early on Saturday I was super productive.  By 10:30, I had done 3 loads of laundry, cleaned the kitchen, made a yummy breakfast, watched some Jon & Kate plus 8 and College GameDay, and packed for my weekend in cities.  It was amazing.  I felt so rested, but usually that only happens on days I sleep in, and then I feel a little guilty because so much of the day gets away from me.  
I've since decided that I should do this every week - the problem being that it requires me to go to bed at 5 PM on a Friday night.  I don't think that's realistic.  And it won't happen tonight considering that I have registration for 140 middle schoolers from 7 to 8.  Maybe next week.

It won't happen when volleyball starts either, or ever. because I'll never let you do that again. Also, I think you should look at my blog. I think you'd enjoy my last post :)
